- Refunds are not available once you have taken the final certification exam
- If you request a refund before certification, you forfeit any progress toward certification

10. Promotional Offers and Discounts
Courses purchased using promotional codes or during sales:

- Cannot be exchanged for other courses or credit
11. Gift Purchases
